The failure rate seems much higher than elves, while they are lower thieving requirement. My exp/hr over 15 minutes of focus with dodge neck, ardy hard, and 97 thieving was only 86k/hr, where as i get nearly 150k/hr at elves, with a much better gp/hr. These are not worth pickpocketing at all, ever in their current state.
